Since the 14th of January, 2021, I’ve published three articles that managed to shine a spotlight on the homes of the rich and famous. Associated Trivia: The main reason Sean wasn’t able to narrate the accompanying video that features Jennifer Lawrence’s luxurious Manhattan penthouse (emphasis on the word, 'luxurious'), is because he was left speechless after I told him about the amount of films made in New York each and every year. Well, according to the total number of official permits issued by the Mayor’s Office of Film, Theatre, and Broadcasting, roughly 200 films are made in Manhattan and the neighboring New York boroughs every year (not including those made in parks or on private property).
