DC PREVIEW: DC IS GIVING AWAY TWO FREE COMIC BOOKS ON BATMAN DAY 2022

This year, Batman Day will take place on the 17th of September. So, to celebrate, a number of companies from all around the world are staging events featuring the aforementioned Dark Knight. This includes a nationwide challenge to elect the greatest Batman fan in France, a special Batman Day parade in Spain, as well as an exposition of some of Batman's most iconic comic book covers in Brazil (click here for the full list). Batman Azteca: Choque de Imperios (a.k.a. Aztec Batman: Clash of Empires) is an animated feature-length film that focuses on the first Mexican version of Batman. It's being produced by Warner Bros. Animation, and will star Horacio García Rojas (Diablero) as Yohualli (Batman/Bruce Wayne), Omar Chaparro (No Manches Frida) as Yoka (Joker), and Álvaro Morte (Boundless) as Hernán Cortés (Two-Face). Juan Meza-León (Harley Quinn) serves as the director, and José C. García de Letona, Aaron D. Berger, Carina Schulze, and Fernando de Fuentes are the producers.

Season one of Batman: The Audio Adventures is HBO Max's first scripted original podcast that will now be available on all podcast platforms. It's written and directed by the Emmy® Award-winner, Dennis McNicholas (Saturday Night Live), and features a star-studded cast that includes Jeffrey Wright, Seth Meyers, Chris Parnell, Rosario Dawson, Bobby Moynihan, John Leguizamo, and many more actors who lend their voices to bringing the thrilling, fantastical, and sometimes comical Gotham City stories to life.

MultiVersus is a free-to-play platform fighter video game that'll celebrate Batman Day with a three-day in-game event (from September 16th to 19th). This event will grant a Batman profile icon to players who complete 20 matches as the Caped Crusader and it will feature Batman as part of the game's preview character rotation on those three days.
