A few years ago, Marvel Comics hired the multi-award-winning artist, Alex Ross, to paint a large mural in their New York offices, featuring classic renditions of Captain America, Hulk, Iron Man, and many, many more of their popular characters. Since then, all of the characters incorporated into this mural have been carefully compiled and transferred onto the printed page and eventually showcased in an oversized book published by Abrams. They've called their 80-page paperback, 'The Alex Ross Marvel Comics Poster Book', and it contains 35 ready-to-frame, removable art prints, a 4-page gatefold of the aforementioned mural, as well as commentary and several preliminary sketches penned by the main man himself. Each of these images depicts a Marvel superhero in a remarkably realistic fashion, some of which you can see right now by checking out the following gallery. Please enjoy.
