BE THEE COMMENTATOR - MY INTERVIEW WITH BE

Be Thee Commentator Do you sometimes browse through YouTube so you can find an unbiased video that's both engaging and entertaining to watch? If so, then please allow me to introduce you to an objective YouTube channel that's devoted to certain aspects of celebrity culture. It's called, Be Thee Commentator, and recently, I had the good fortune to have a quick Q and A with the lovely lady behind it. Here ๐Ÿ‘‡, check this out.

1) Name three words that best describe who you are.   I'd say, driven, intuitive, and witty.

Celebrity Drinks
2) What inspired you to create your YouTube channel, Be Thee Commentator, and why did you give it this specific name?   Well, during the pandemic, I found myself watching more online content than ever before. But as I'm someone who appreciates objective information, I struggled to find videos that were timely yet unbiased and neutral. So, one day, I figured, 'If I can't find what I'm looking for, why not make it myself?', and that's when Be Thee Commentator was born. The name for my channel partly derived from my nickname, Be, and partly from a play on words that encourages the audience to weigh in and share their thoughts and opinions, i.e., thee commentator.

3) What song would you say best represents your YouTube channel and why?   To answer this question, I'd like to select a song by Jefferson Airplane, 'White Rabbit', mainly because the person who wrote it, Grace Slick, concluded the song with the lyrics, 'feed your head'. In an interview she gave to the press, she explained what this line means by saying, 'I was talking about feeding your head by paying attention: read some books, pay attention'. So, from my point of view, this song illustrates that there can be several realities and multiple things true at the same time.

Tina Turner
4) If you could get a celebrity - either living or dead - to promote you and your channel, who would you choose, and why would you want to choose this particular person?   I'd like to choose the late, great, Tina Turner, because she's such an iconic woman with a really powerful life story. She also exuded confidence, determination, and strength, yet could be soft, charming, and feminine. So, to me, Tina Turner embodied the true essence of femininity and masculinity, and I've always admired her.

5) What's the one thing you've learned about yourself through this endeavor?   The one thing I've learned from my channel is to trust my gut and be content in staying in my own lane and true to myself. No one needs to conform to someone else's ideas in order to fit in. So just be yourself, as that's OK.

And on that note, I'd like to thank Be for telling us about her amazing YouTube channel, Be Thee Commentator, before encouraging you to check it out by clicking here.
